What currency will I be charged in? 

Our prices are listed and will be collected in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If you're not paying in SGD, the amount charged to you will reflect your selected payment mode’s conversion rates and fees. 

Our site supports the viewing of multiple currencies. To view prices in a different currency, select your chosen currency from the footer below. Please note that these are just estimates and final charges are still dependent on the conversation rates and fees of your mode of payment.

Thank you for your support! Once we’ve received your order, items will be processed for delivery in 3-5 working days.

We are currently shipping all orders from Singapore. Domestic orders will generally take 3-5 business days. International orders will depend on destination and estimates will be provided by the couriers directly.

Delivery times depend on where in the world you are buying from, but we will always provide a tracking number. Please email us if you have a preferred delivery method.

All orders above SGD $200 (approx. USD$150) will receive free shipping.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying any additional customs and/or duties/charges incurred. These additional fees are only charged when an item enters a port and varies from city to city.

We advise that you check with your local customs office and courier providers for more information.

*While these are our preferred international couriers due to network connectivity and fleet size, we select international couriers based on availability and best fit at the time of fulfilment. We may utilize other couriers if the situation calls for it. 

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange or return what I’ve bought? 

We accept exchanges and returns on unworn items returned in its original condition and packaging for up to 10 business days from the delivery date. 

In order to keep our prices fair, we have not added an exchange and returns buffer cost to our prices. We prefer not to do this as we find that this practice passes the buck on to other customers. As such, shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be borne by you. A small restocking fee may also apply.  

Once we've received your items, we'll process successful exchange and returns in 5-7 working days. We strongly recommend that you mail your items back to us by tracked mail as we will not be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.

What exactly does small/limited batch mean?

Being a small batch label means that we choose to move away from mass production and only produce what we need. 

We do this to aid sustainability by minimising waste and help ensure that makers are provided with enough time to focus on producing high quality pieces. You can find out more about our process here

This does mean that only a limited number of pieces are made each run. However, based on interest and available fabric stock, we may occasionally be able to remake pieces.  

If you have your eye on a piece that’s already sold out, please email us so that we can get in touch if a second run is in the works. 

So are you a fair-trade / ethical fashion label?

In the interest of transparency and to answer the question on some of your minds, we are not certified fair trade or organic. There are many reasons for this, but mainly it's because certification is prohibitive for our current model. We are however slowly introducing organic fabric from certified producers.

Certification affects every stage of the production and comes at a premium cost that our artisan partners cannot yet shoulder. We work with people that we've gotten to know personally and don't believe that this lack of certification should prevent them from getting work or diminish the impact they have on their communities.

Why isn’t my piece exactly like the one in the photo?

Care has been taken to ensure that colours in our photos appear as true as possible. However, with differences in screen resolution, we can’t be sure we get it right 100% of the time. As for handwork and dyeing, with each piece being done by hand, natural variance is expected. We love the one of a kind nature of these pieces and hope you will too.

Inclusive sizing is long term goal for us but we are currently still figuring out and perfecting our size and fit. If you are in love with something but don't see it in your size and please drop us an email to let us know!
