We are happy to announce that as of 11 June, all our first collection pieces have landed in Singapore! If you've been waiting for more certainty before placing your orders, you can now be assured that we will be able to get them shipped out.

It has been a crazy couple of months hasn't it? We hope that all of you are doing well and keeping safe and healthy. 

We are so grateful for the orders we have received during this time. Keeping the shop open helps Wray Crafted be in a better position to resume business once lockdown restrictions are lifted. 

By now, we should have been in touch via email regarding your orders, if you haven't received anything from us, please take a look in your spam folder or drop us an email at hello@wraycrafted.com.

For those of you that we have heard back from, thank you for extending grace and patience to us during these times, it means so much to us and we are truly appreciative. 

As we live separately in Udaipur and Singapore, our plan is to ship all our existing stock to Singapore the moment we can. Once there, it will be much easier for us to get your orders to you. Until we get to do that, our priority remains keeping lines of honest communication open; we know what it's like to worry about not getting your order or having concerns that it will not be fulfilled and don't want to put you through that.

To make it easier to get updates on your orders (and so we don't clog your inboxes), we'll be moving overall updates regarding shipping dates to this page. This page will be updated whenever we have news and we hope it will be an easy way for you to access information quickly.

As mentioned in our emails to you, we completely understand if you would prefer to get a refund. Just drop us an email at hello@wraycrafted.com and we'll process it for you. We kindly request that you don't use your credit card's chargeback function to get a refund as this incurs a hefty cost to us.

Update: 25 May 2020

Covid-19 restrictions have started to ease in many parts of the world - Unfortunately, this is not the case for Udaipur yet. There had been a glimmer of hope in mid-May, where we rushed to see if we could get all our existing stock shipped out to Singapore. Sadly, in just a few days, Udaipur had been reclassified as a Red Zone and shipping routes were never able to restart. 

As a Red Zone, strict lockdown measures are in place. Where we operate from in Udaipur, most businesses remain closed, movement is extremely restricted with people only being allowed to leave their houses for an hour a day to buy groceries and to get some exercise and most relevantly, shipping services remain shut. 

As of today, the lockdown in Udaipur has been extended until the 31st of May with no ease in restrictions. With India being such a large country, municipals do enact changes to laws from time to time; we will continue to keep our ear to the ground and our stock is on standby to be shipped out. 

As India enters its 61st day in lockdown, we constantly remind ourselves that these measures are important in helping to stop the spread of Covid-19. Nonetheless, these remain difficult times; not only does the strict isolation take a toll on mental well-being, the uncertainty over when this will end, what new measures might be enforced and how livelihoods (our own as well as our artisan partners) are being affected also weighs heavily on our minds. 

As a business that started just before the pandemic hit, your support means the world to us. We can't wait to resume businesses and get all your pieces to you.
